Digital Diamond Design follows
the following Project Execution
Strategy to provide efficient
and rapid solutions to its clients:
Client-Execution Management
Team Meeting
The purpose of this meeting
is to determine the purpose
of the website and the intended
audience. The team understands
the market segment the client
operates in, the competitors
in the field and the goals,
messages and audience targeted
by the website. The initial
website design is envisioned
in this meeting through collective
Brainstorming between the client
and Digital Diamond Design.
The various components and features
desired by the client in the
website are identified in this
meeting.
Identifying of the features
of the website
The management team and
the technical team discusses
the features desired by the
client and most efficient and
effective way to identify and
fulfill those requirements.
Alternate solutions during this
meeting are conveyed to the
client for their approval.
Prototype Submission

in the website (movie, basic
design of homepage, navigational
features) are designed and turned
in for client approval. Upon
receiving the necessary approval/recommendations
from the client, changes are
made in the prototype and resubmitted
for approval.
Content Development/Improvisation
The content for the website
is typically provided by the
client. However provides additional
services in developing the content
for more effective targeting
of the intended audience. The
content also goes through an
iterative cycle of development
and improvisation.
Release Beta version
A Beta version of the website
with the entire functionality
is submitted to the client for
approval. This phase is typically
used for testing and streamlining
the functioning of the website.
Release Final version
The final version of the website
is released after debugging
the Beta-version of the website.
The documentation including
the source code is transferred
to the client at the same time.
